Finally got my truck back Friday after a really poor experience. Drove my 2004 Kodiak truck into Diesel Works for a diagnostic on some white smoke. The diagnostic turned into just replacing parts/service until we reached a total of about $15,500. While that was crazy expensive, I was happy to get a good running truck. However, on the drive home I noticed several gauges not working properly or shorting out (all on the cluster of gauges adjacent to the radio, including my new backup camera). Drove it back to Diesel Works and assumed they would correct the problems they created. Not so. Their diagnostic caused another short in the fuel transfer pump. As they continued to look around, they couldn’t find the problem and asked me how much I wanted to spend to fix it, we were already at an additional $1,000. I was shocked that Diesel Works would then run up a bill on problems they created, and I wasn’t interested in writing another blank check. So, I had it towed home so I could find a competent mechanic to fix it. That’s right, I was able to drive the truck in, pay over $17,000 in repairs and then pay $1k to have it towed home. I brought my 2017 Ford F-250 6.7L Power Stroke to Diesel Works after Ford diagnosed a P132B turbo code and recommended replacing the turbo. The truck has only 102,000 miles, has never done heavy towing, and was driving perfectly with no smoke, power loss, or limp mode. Mark and Michael took the time to thoroughly diagnose the truck, road test it, and test the turbo vane actuator system. The turbo passed all of their tests with no issues. Instead of recommending a $4,000+ turbo replacement, they told me there was no reason to spend that kind of money right now and that the truck was safe to drive. They advised me to come back if symptoms develop or if the check engine light returns. What impressed me most was their HONESTY and INTEGRITY. It would have been easy to sell me a turbo I didn't need, but they chose to do the right thing and charge only for the diagnostic work. That's the kind of shop that's hard to find these days. I highly recommend Diesel Works and will absolutely be back for any future diesel service or repairs.

Recently purchased a transmission pan and fluid from “Diesel Works” part shop because of their social media page, they have a wide variety of options I was very impressed. As I purchased the fluid there was a pricing mishap that we both didn’t catch, on my way home Alex called me and told me to come in and we will make it right! 100% recommend shopping and getting your truck serviced here!

Mark and Crystal go above and beyond of making sure my truck is well taking care of, I went to Mark a while back to see what needed to be repaired and he is very detailed and explained to me the issues. I couldn’t do it all at once but he has been doing a little here and there. I highly recommend Diesel Works. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mark has a lot of knowledge on truck repairs especially Fords.

Repeat customer. Will be back in 2026 for a dash replacement. Thank you mechanics for all the excellent work you do. Thank you to the front desk and service writers as well! Everyone is nice there, everyone seems to love their job it shows in work performed. They have excellent communication, fair pricing. And have fixed my truck twice without any issues after departing. I highly recommend Diesel works if you want reliable work performed to your truck. My first visit was a VP burning up. Second visit was I smoked up my left hub.
